The collective that refused to keep selling water to drowning souls.

Everything could have started with the founding team asking, "Why does it take so much time and patience to analyze our expenses? Isn't there an easier way?" We'd love to say that's where the story begins — but it wouldn't be entirely true.

Yakup and Oğuz are two teammates who have devoted years — truly years — to designing desktop, mobile, and even physical products and services that not only achieve their clients' business goals but also protect users' rights and bring joy in every interaction.

Working together at SHERPA Digital Experience Studio, founded by Yakup, they delivered hundreds of projects across Turkey and the UK. After SHERPA was acqui-hired by one of the country's largest crypto exchanges, they found themselves in an industry where trust is perhaps the hardest thing to design for — crypto-based financial services.

For over two years, they collaborated on organizational system design, the complete redesign and relaunch of the company's flagship app, establishing international entities, and developing other blockchain-powered products.

By the end of 2023, after running several pilot projects to explore how artificial intelligence could reshape digital product development — not just in theory but in practice — they returned to that same question: "Why does it take so much time and patience to analyze our expenses? Isn't there an easier way?"

And once again, they started building together. With the contributions of Ahmet and Oğuzhan, who joined the team for a short but impactful period, Clint rapidly evolved from an idea into an MVP—once again proving what a passionate and committed team can achieve in a remarkably short time.

While shaping a new production philosophy they called Tabula Rasa, and exploring a shared equity architecture built on transparency, Clint was born.

Clint’s Building Team formation was completed when Ural, our third team member, joined as a Full-Stack Engineer.

One of the most challenging turns in our journey—successfully passing Google’s Gmail OAuth Restricted Scope reviews—became possible only after Ural joined the team.

Reading the target audience correctly, understanding the nuances of competition, and building an algorithmic engine that enables growth are just as critical as developing the product itself. This is a truth we never forgot—even if we initially moved forward while underestimating it.

While Yakup and Ural were deeply engaged in shaping the product’s design and engineering, it became clear that we needed another Clint Builder—someone who would take ownership of creating and operating the growth engine.

When we shared this perspective with Arda Kaan, himself an entrepreneur, the symbiotic connection formed faster than we could have anticipated.

Although Arda joined us only recently, he quickly became the architect of Clint’s voice—bringing it to life and laying the foundations of the bond between us and our users.

We couldn’t be happier.
